General Dwight D. Eisenhower commissioned the U.S. Army Signal Corp Photographic Company to produce a film honoring the American foot soldier, G.I. Joe. This is the most thorough film covering all aspects of World War II from the army foot soldiers perspective. Watch as our soldiers prepare for war over in Europe. This film chronicles the plight of our foot soldiers from the beginning of the war, at the beaches of Normandy, all the way through to the gates of Berlin. After the Allied victory watch as our troops free one concentration camp after another.

Shortly after watching this film, Eisenhower ordered all copies destroyed because he feared it would discourage Germans from going down the path towards democracy.
